Latest news on American hold over an afghan prison handed over

Bagram the prison which holds Taliban prisoners were under the control of American force after the war.After continuous uproar from the public for having a foreign force handling their home land prison,The United States accepted their withdrawal from the Bagram prison according to the CNN reports.
This dispute started last year and a mutual agreement between the two countries were signed stating the immediate power transfer and control authority of this prison which is identified as a high risk area to be given back to the Afghan government.After the deal last year it has to be duly done six months ago.The US reported its worries about how Afghan government will tackle certain case which holds key persons of the Taliban in this prison.It delayed all these six months reporting the above reason.
The president Amid Harzai reported this notion of America towards security issues over this prison as a serious breach of their deal.This worked as a catalyst for the speedy transfer of power over this prison today to Afghan.John Kerry the secretary of the state visited Afghan today while the deal was brought into action today.
The report says that John Kerry the secretary to the state will be staying up in Kabul to meet the president.
