How to have a good appetite

Food is everyone's delicacy.Everyone loves to eat ranging from delicious dosas to hot chicken biriyani.But not everyone has the appetite.Here are some tips on how we could improve our appetites.

Rise up early:

This is a habit which always worked out for our ancestors.When you rise up early your system starts functioning early giving an extra amount of time for the acids to work out on our cells leading to a great appetite.

Exercise regularly:

This is extremely beneficial when you do exercises like some stomach bends,flexion,extension exercises in the morning.Your stored up energy gets depleted during the workout giving you a hunger which helps you to have a good appetite.

Drink warm fluids:

Try to drink warm water in the morning as it has great psychological as well as therapeutic effect  in your body.The exact physiological response is the warm water causes dilatation of the blood vessels going to the stomach causing good blood flow which results in good momentum  of waste in your body leading to a great appetite.

Morning debt:

This is the most important of all.Try to defaecate in the morning.That is the blocking stone of your good appetite.Our ancestors call it as a morning debt not without a reason.If you follow all the above steps in your day to day activities,automatically you will defaecate regularly.If you miss out this important  ritual than the whole day you will not  feel good. It definitely kills your appetite.That's why it is called as a debt.
