Bill diss is a dedicated roman catholic teacher working in the Oregon public schools for his opposing views on planned parenthood and abortion.This program is a part of the program conducted by the department of health in Portland.He was allegedly accused by parents for not allowing the planned parenthood workers twice in the month of September.A proposal of dismissal was encouraged against him and he was given paid leave till then.This caused a local turbulence among the pupils of the school.Local report says that Bill diss is a very dedicated teacher to his students.
