Depression the word which caused the greatest impact on the whole human society is a disorder which is usually characterized by gloominess,fear of new things,lack of self confidence and  so on.The worst thing about this disorder is you will never know you are slipping into the black hole.Unless and until you are educated in medicine or you have a fair knowledge about depression.The case is far ever the worst of all known disorder in mankind.My words may frighten you but I intend to speak the truth as truth alone helps in delivering you from the clutches of depression.Depression the word itself gives a new meaning of pressing you downwards making you feel down.I have seen patients whose IQ were reportedly high were able to tell their own situation of how much miserable they feel whenever they feel depressed.They come out of it more quickly than their counterparts the illiterate.They know where they are progressing.The history also reveals the same result again and again.
When we turn back the annals of history I can see people legendary figures,worst of all  kings and queens,the state heads,the church representatives,War lords,Dictators are some of the eminent historical guys who have actually suffered from depression.Biblical people and bible characters on and off suffered from depression.Depression is thinking worisome things again and again till it becomes a habit of nature.You will forget all the other things gradually.A normal depression can start and can manifest in you for even years.It is like the iceberg situation.You wont even know you will be soon becoming a depressed guy.When the habit of nature takes over you completely.You will not respond to any other thing in the world.

In bible great persons like King Saul had depression.There are biblical evidence that King Saul the anointed one by God had severe depression,that he appointed one musician to drive away his bad worried feelings which took him gradually into depression.Depression is the most innate skillful culprit who can drug you with your worries and can take you down to the black pit of depression.

Signs of severe depression

Depression is a familiar word for many in this busy world.Have you ever been sad,the answer would be obviously yes.Everyone will undergoes sadness which is something you cant avoid unless you have super natural power and do big stunts like spiderman and you can grow your ego beyond sadness grasp.Sadness comes and goes and the story of depression is not about your sadness and worries.Many people think they are getting depressed and the name is getting a widespread usage.But what actually they go through is worries.Our wrong usage of this term often makes it more difficult to conceive its meaning.
 Here I am putting a question. Have you ever been sad for years without doing anything.Anything refers to your normal routine of daily activities like not moving ,not brushing, not taking food etc.Then physicians are calling such a phenomena as depression.Depression is the lack of interest on any things around you to the point of being uninvolved on any circumstances.For example,when I was working in a Mental health centre in christian medical college,bagayam,Vellore,Tamilnadu.I had a patient whose name I don't want to disclose will be seated in a chair in the general patients area around 8 every day morning.I usually visit this person first.
In the cool shade,this person was made to sit on a chair.He was introduced to me as case of severe form of depression.He will not do any of his work by himself.His mother will feed him,cloth him,bath him and taking good care of him.He was very passive.He will not talk to anyone.he has a fixed look on something.
I was a student that time and I thought he is in his own world.But after some months I heard about him from my friends and what they told was amazing.He became very normal now.He was playing out door games with other patients.I was happy for  this poor fellow for he got his life back.The amazing thing is he could able to recount what all happened on those days of his blackest depression.He knows and he was telling what all happened around him.To me he was not at all in this world and it came as a real treat to me it was the least thing I ever expected from him. He gave me  an opportunity to study various issues encircling depression.

So my friends I believe you got a better idea of what depression is and what I shared above is the extreme.Then you may ask what are the early signs of depression.

Common signs and symptoms:

Self loathing

Sleeping for a longer period

The above stated characters are the early signs and symptoms of depression.It is important to note that not all memory problems and loss of focus and decision making capacity not always related to depression.They possess the extreme status like either they have no appetite or they have an appetite which consume half of your families ration.

They complain of ache or pain which they know not where it is paining and they will do it quite often without a reason.They will have lack of interest in everything they encounter.This type of sign is quite dangerous as they tend to go into suicidal attempts.There will be sudden weight loss or weight gain according to their appetite.They show a lack of self confidence.They usually feel very tired and they show a negligent attitude towards anything that arise in their way which they are not prepared for.

If you friends have any of the above signs and symptoms don't get into worry and don't go into depression because 90% of the human population undergo all the above signs and symptoms of depression in their life time.If you are undergoing these things right now.Be chill about that my friend,I have also undergone some of them.But if you are a  case where you couldn't help yourself and  you are experiencing the above situations everyday.It is better you check with a psychiatrist.

Friends please don't take it easily, as one symptom will lead to another and the depression in you will get a strong hold on you.It is easy to treat if it is early.

In response to the visit of The United States secretary John Kerry to Afghanistan,bomb blasts took place in the city nearby Kabul.The Nangarhar police chief says it is a suicide attack  on the police head quarters.The attack on Nangarhar police headquarters is not a new event taking place in Afghanistan,as sequential bombing of important  buildings and NATO facilities are taking place now and then.

They were shot down after a heavy fight which lasted for an hour.Five officers got killed in this fight.There is a security tightening around Kabul today.

how to clean your bike on a sunday

Bike riding is a favorite passion of mine.I love bikes.I love cleaning my own bike.Often people have a misconception that cleaning your bike is a hefty process and bike service mechanics only can do.I just want to disprove such a heretical view.I am using all my knowledge how to clean your bike at your home with things which you normally get in our homes.

Choose one day preferably sunday as you can do this sacred ritual at least without any disturbances.

Time required=one hour

Things required:

• A long brush preferably narrow and slim.
• Gloves
• A bucket full of warm water
• Rags
• Cotton sponges
• Tooth brush
• Tar remover.
• Grease remover.

Sunday is  the most funniest day in all the days of the week.It is the time when every freak have his own great time relieved from all weekly stresses.For most of us it is the day of hangover after a long sequence of midnight events.I recommend these following things for the greater benefit of the readers.

Getup late:

Rising up late is an added luxury especially on a sunday morn.You can't expect such an event to occur on any other day.No tension of your office works.Nothing should come on that day.It is  your day.

Have your Lunch outside:

Have your lunch planned is the old maxim.Never plan anything on that day.Just start driving your bike and get into the first restaurant you see on the road no matter whether it is the kind for royals or is it for a flirt.The goal is to have fun and adventure without any plan.The whole idea is to get yourself out of the routine.Have a hearty meal.

Go and find your broken friend along the road:

Try to find your best friend  whom you didn't speak for weeks due to work tension.Go and disturb him from his routine.Do not plan on this.Just go and have fun.Take him out for a game of cricket.If she is a girl take her out to a museum,oops sorry to a movie.It may seems everything is going like a mess but trust me friend yours will be the best sunday and your friend will love you for that.

Pick up one hobby:

It is time to learn new things.And we are never old for anything.If you are a forty plus gentleman still you are the king and maker of your own life.Having this beautiful reason in mind. Pick up a new hobby, anything it can be.I am not propagating some rock climbing kind of ideas.You can learn how to clean your own car or your bike without any money to be spent on car wash.Remember the whole idea is to get yourself out of routine.Don't get into deep waters by thinking it as a money saving strategy.You can learn to cook and share it with your neighbors.Please take every precaution  while eating your first cooking.It sometimes get you in trouble.

Go to bed early:

This is not a common thing for anyone on a weekdays.At least not for me.I enjoy sunday with a beautiful early sleep.And I will make sure I am getting into sleep before nine thirty.The best thing in that sleep  is before closing my eyes I will think of what all happened from morning till evening.It is something which I never planned.Sharing some good time with my friends everything gives you one good satisfaction that the day went very well.

Food is everyone's delicacy.Everyone loves to eat ranging from delicious dosas to hot chicken biriyani.But not everyone has the appetite.Here are some tips on how we could improve our appetites.

Rise up early:

This is a habit which always worked out for our ancestors.When you rise up early your system starts functioning early giving an extra amount of time for the acids to work out on our cells leading to a great appetite.

Exercise regularly:

This is extremely beneficial when you do exercises like some stomach bends,flexion,extension exercises in the morning.Your stored up energy gets depleted during the workout giving you a hunger which helps you to have a good appetite.

Drink warm fluids:

Try to drink warm water in the morning as it has great psychological as well as therapeutic effect  in your body.The exact physiological response is the warm water causes dilatation of the blood vessels going to the stomach causing good blood flow which results in good momentum  of waste in your body leading to a great appetite.

Morning debt:

This is the most important of all.Try to defaecate in the morning.That is the blocking stone of your good appetite.Our ancestors call it as a morning debt not without a reason.If you follow all the above steps in your day to day activities,automatically you will defaecate regularly.If you miss out this important  ritual than the whole day you will not  feel good.
